Introduction

Introduction

Nimble eLearning is a Gloucestershire-based company who have developed unique online tools that make creating and tracking eLearning easy, approachable, and affordable.

Their products allow organisations to build their own engaging online learning to release to their teams – saving organisations time and money.

Campaign Overview

This campaign focused on reaching out to companies to introduce them to Nimble’s platform, whilst conveying the ease of use and cost benefits of their solution.

Nimble supplied Beanstalk with contact data in batches to ensure a clear overview of which sectors/areas performed better than others.

Initially, the data focused on charity and not-for-profit organisations that didn’t currently use eLearning but may have had a requirement to do so.

If they hadn’t historically adopted eLearning, it was noted that some level of prospect education might be necessary.

The Process

During the pre-campaign briefing process, Nimble met with Beanstalk to train our team on their processes, tone of voice, and service offerings to ensure their brand integrity.

We implemented a SCOTSMAN model (solution, competition, originality, time, size, money, authority, and need) to capture the qualification data. This information was fed into Beanstalk’s CRM system, building a valuable database of relevant contacts for Nimble to use in the future.

This meant that when we generated a lead for Nimble’s product consultant, they had a clear focus on the key elements the prospect was interested in, allowing them to have a personalised discussion centred around the prospect’s pain points.

Email marketing was deployed to drive inbound enquiries from prospects who had an immediate requirement for Nimble’s services. Those that opened, or clicked on links within the email, were prioritised.

To add credibility to Nimble’s pitch, the assigned telemarketer to the campaign was sure to mention well-known brands like M&S, to demonstrate the efficacy of their offering.

A weekly review meeting was held between Beanstalk and Nimble, to discuss that week’s lead report, provide feedback on the leads generated and to continue to develop the telemarketer’s knowledge about their customer’s proposition.
