2024: A Year in Review

As 2024 draws to a close, it’s the perfect time to review what a phenomenal year it’s been for Beanstalk and reflect on some of the year’s highlights.

Expansion into new offices

In January, Beanstalk relocated to modern offices at Dencora Court, Southend-on-Sea, as we’d outgrown our previous office space.

The 3,500 sq.ft office we moved into had been occupied by the previous tenant for 15 years, so we undertook an entire refit, creating a modern working environment, with space for 45 staff and ample meeting rooms and break-out areas.

Officially recognised as a Great Place to Work®.

Beanstalk was delighted to be certified as a Great Place to Work®, with 100% of employees saying it’s a great place to work!

As a telemarketing agency, it’s vital to have a stimulating working environment for our team. Our office and our entire workplace culture provide the perfect surroundings for our team to perform from.

15 years of Telemarketing Excellence

In October 2024, Beanstalk celebrated its 15 year anniversary!

During this time, we heard about `the demise of telemarketing` on any number of occasions, with alternate solutions such as social media marketing, inbound lead generation, SEO and marketing automation, all claiming to be the future of lead generation.

Yet, 15 years later, both Beanstalk and the entire B2B telemarketing industry have not only survived, but are in rude health!

New Website

We launched our new website in the summer, which reflects who we are – a team that’s committed to being the UK’s No.1 B2B Telemarketing Agency.

As part of the photography, some of the team took the opportunity to walk the 400 yards to Southend pier and enjoy ice cream on the return leg!
