We’re ‘Investors in People’ Re-accredited – 3 Years Running!

At Beanstalk, we know that good people make a great business, which is why we’re now re-accredited with Investors in People (IIP). In fact, this is our 4th year of accreditation with IIP!

We were eager to gain the Investors in People re-accreditation for another year, as we understand how important it is to acknowledge our company performance, not to mention gain new and better insight, as well to set new challenges.

What is Investors in People?

Since 1991 (that’s a whopping 27 years), Investors in People has set the standard for better people management. The accreditation is one that’s recognised across the world and held by over 10,000 organisations (including Beanstalk) in 78 countries!

The Sign of Successful Accreditation Against the Investors in People Standard is:

  1. A great employer
  2. An outperforming place to work
  3. A clear commitment to sustainability

And at Beanstalk, we aim to be, and to sustain all three of these signs!

The IIP Standard defines what it takes to lead, support and manage people well for sustainable results. For those looking to meet such a standard (i.e. us), a rigorous assessment, methodology, and framework reflecting the latest in workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures is required.
