Campaign Objectives
Moneycorp has a highly skilled team of Brokers who negotiate deals with clients over the phone on a range of complex financial products.
Moneycorp wanted a third-party Telemarketing agency to generate and pass through qualified leads to its Brokers to ensure their time is spend productively, negotiating with prospects that have a significant account value – not cold calling themselves.
The Strategy
Beanstalk undertook a data profiling exercise of Moneycorp’s existing customers to identify the type and size of businesses most likely to have a requirement for Moneycorp’s service.
A prospect database was sourced, with the name of the Finance Director or MD where possible.
Three telemarketers from Beanstalk’s Professional Services team undertook in-depth pre-campaign training, including spending a day onsite at Moneycorp’s Mayfair offices.
Their previous experience in discussing financial products with senior finance contacts, coupled with the investment in training, enabled Beanstalk to hit the ground running, and ensured strict quality control criteria for leads was met from day one.
