Formed in 2015, Infraspeak’s intelligent maintenance management technology provides corporate and multi-site organisations with unprecedented control over their FM and maintenance operation.

Campaign Background and Objectives

Infraspeak were aware that, whilst they had strong brand recognition in the territories they currently operated in, breaking into a mature market like the UK would be challenging.

Recognising the importance of effective lead generation to support their UK launch, Infraspeak engaged with two telemarketing agencies, with the intention to consolidate to a single supplier based upon the results of an initial 6-month trial.

  • Use weekly communication between the telemarketer and client to enable two-way knowledge transfer
